I offer insight, support and fun in working with my clients. Being the oldest of three children, growing up in the SF bay area and being from a divorced family I developed an ear for family dynamics and a desire to innovate. Becoming a teen mom and having three children by age 26 did not slow me down. Interested in health, I studied nursing and then turned to dancing instead. During the 70's and 80's I lived in the country while raising my children, milking goats, teaching dance, gardening, living on a commune, developing cottage industries, fundraising and returning to school to study psychology, art and theater. In 1990 I graduated from college after years of hard work. I have been a single parent, and started over a dozen entrepeneurial endeavors. Ideas are big and fun for me, and I understand what it takes to complete a project from start to finish. I continue to learn from one of my greatest teachers, my grandchildren. A teacher for over twenty years, a trainer and social worker for over fifteen years, a truck driver, waitress, technical recruiter, musical agent and designer painter are a sampling of my broad working background. Performing has been a big part of my life as I have choreographed, directed, danced, sang and acted in many productions. Enjoying creative and artisitic ways to approach life have always been intrinsic to who I am.

My belief is that all of us can approach any situation with a new perspective if we allow ourselves to be open, trust our intuition, and are willing to take risks. I coach people in to believing in themselves and their ability to creatively move through everyday obstacles in order to achieve goals and actualize dreams. My life and professional experience have blended well to offer my clients a supportive, fun, insightful journey identifying values, establishing goals, taking steps towards achieving those goals, visualizing the future and taking action.
